Amazing product but become defective after about a year!

I have 2 dream eggs. This one was my first and I LOVE IT. it’s just amazing. But. After about a year this becomes defective. Phone of the buttons work except to power on. I cannot change volume or different sounds. Just turn it on and off. I still use it but it is very very disappointing. I do wish they had lifetime warranty or at least just a bit of a longer warranty for stuff like that.
